PLAIN ENGLISH / PRIVACY

YOUR DATA.
YOUR BUSINESS.

This page describes the starter version of Sam's Cool Things. Last updated: 29 October 2026. It must be updated if new advertising, analytics, payment services or forms are added.

What the games save

The site uses your browser's local storage to remember your best reaction time, click score, memory score and whether you marked today's challenge complete. This is stored on your own device. The starter site does not send these scores to our servers.

What we don't collect in this starter

There are no sign-ups, contact forms, tracking pixels or advertising network scripts included in the downloadable starter site. The site doesn't ask you to submit personal information.

Hosting and technical logs

When you visit a live website, the hosting provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and request logs to operate and secure the service. Check the host's privacy documentation for its current practices.

External links and sharing

If you click a future shop, tip or sponsor link, the other website may use its own cookies and privacy practices. The sharing buttons try your device's sharing feature, or copy a text link. Both require your action.

Future advertising

Ads, analytics and affiliate integrations are not turned on by default. If the site later adds them, this notice must explain the providers, how data is used, and any cookie choices or consent needed where you live. A clear disclosure must appear near any paid recommendations.

Your options

To clear local game scores and daily challenge progress, clear the local storage/site data for this website in your browser settings. The games will keep working; your personal bests will reset.
